Lifeline Express’ International Sight Saving Missions Programme for the Belt and Road Initiatives needs participation and support from all walks of the society, and enterprises in particular. As ratified by Ministry of Finance (MOF) and State Administration of Taxation (SAOT) (Document No.[2015] 141 of the MOF and SAOT), donation of all enterprises, public sector institutions, social organizations and individuals to the Foundation could be fully deducted prior to taxation with the presentation of a formal donation receipt by the Foundation. In recent years, corporate social responsibilities have been widely advocated in the whole society. We sincerely invite enterprises who are interested in the International Sight Saving Missions Programme for the Belt and Road Initiative to join this meaningful work of Lifeline Express.

Any enterprise, whose accumulated donation to Lifeline Express is over 3 million Yuan within the period of 2018-2020, could be awarded as “VIP donor”. Any enterprise with over 1 million accumulated donation in the 3 years would be granted as “sponsor”. Lifeline Express will provide a letter of appreciation to all donors, and will recognize them in publicity brochures, website and relevant activities. All donors would be invited to visit all 6 countries along the B&R.
